In circumstances like this, women may feel they don’t have pregnancy options that seem viable to them.
Now imagine being in this situation, but you learn there are places you can go to receive the material assistance you need to follow your heart and continue your pregnancy. When women have this kind of support, it can prevent them from making a permanent abortion decision driven by a fear of being unable to provide for their child. For this reason, Caring Network offers places you can take your baby items. This gesture may seem nominal to you, yet it provides tremendous hope for women facing an unplanned pregnancy.
Where To Take Your Baby Items
Caring Network Cubes, baby showers, and “baby bank” material goods programs help fulfill Caring Network’s mission to provide emotional, spiritual, and practical support to empower women to choose life. Here we’ll discuss various options about where to take your baby items.
Caring Network Cubes
Caring Network supplies baby goods to families in need through our centers and baby banks at our partner churches. A Caring Network Cube is a container that your church keeps on-site to collect donated baby items.
After your spring cleaning project, you can bring your baby items to your church if you have a cube available. If your church doesn’t have a cube but wants to keep a Caring Network Cube on-site, we will be happy to supply one for you. You can contact Tracy for more information.
Caring Network Baby Banks
Caring Network partners with local churches that serve as “Caring Network Baby Banks” to support moms with unexpected pregnancies. If you have baby items to donate to one of our baby banks, please look over the following list to familiarize yourself with each location’s needs because they vary by location. Please note that certain items, such as clothing, may not be accepted at this time due to COVID-19 safety protocols.

1. BRIDGES PARENTING PROGRAM AT OAK BROOK COMMUNITY CHURCH
Bridges is a free program designed for parents seeking assistance during pregnancy and early childhood years. The goal of Bridges is to provide material goods as well as practical classes and spiritual mentoring. Parents receive needed supplies as they participate in the program.
Bridges Parenting Program currently accepts the following items:
- Diapers
- Wipes
- Enfamil formula
- Baby lotion
- Baby shampoo
- Clothing (new and gently used)
- Toys (new and gently used)
- Books (new and gently used)
- Baby bouncers
- Cribs and other large item baby goods — please call before bringing large items to make sure they have room to store them.
Baby items are accepted at the church Monday through Thursday from 9 am to 5 pm, but please call to confirm before dropping them off.

The Naperville Baby Bank currently accepts diapers and wipes. You can drop these items off at:

- Diaper cream
- Baby lotion
- Baby soap
- Baby formula
