MARISOL

Marisol came to Caring Network feeling torn about what to do regarding her pregnancy. She had initially been excited about becoming a mom, but later wavered in her decision. She is young and a student. She was worried about the opinions of other people and didn’t want to miss out on “life” as a young mom. She was also afraid to tell her family that she was pregnant, fearing their response.

At Caring Network, Marisol was met with care and compassion. She received a free ultrasound and consultation, where she began to ask questions about what life may look like if she were to parent. She received information and support. Later, as her pregnancy consultant followed up with her, she shared that she chose life! She was able to sit down with her parents and talk about her decision and take the steps she needed to receive prenatal care. Praise God for another life saved!
