1. Our Telecare clinic will initially be housed out of our admin office in Glen Ellyn. Will this location work for you?

2. Our initial hours of operation will Mon-Fri from 9am-5pm. As our network grows, and as there is a need, we may extend morning and evening hours during the week and add Saturday hours.
